Our History

Our story began in 1994 when Industrial Services LLC was founded primarily as a conformal coating company. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include powder coating, liquid coating, screen printing, shielding, and contract manufacturing. Our commitment to excellence has driven us to grow and acquire several companies, including DACS, BIP, STG, Riverside Coatings, Compass Coatings, and OMP Coatings. In 2016, we went private, allowing us to focus on our core values and continue to innovate.

Our Services

At Industrialex, we offer a wide range of services to cater to diverse industries and applications. Our portfolio includes:

Powder Coating: Powder coating is an electrostatic process that creates a protective finish. We offer a variety of powder options and provide expert advice to choose the right powder for your project.

Liquid Coating: Our liquid coating services include spray application of paints, polyurethane, water-based, solvent-based, and high-solid paints, as well as specialty finishes such as conductive coatings and dry film lubricants.

Conformal Coating: Conformal coatings are specifically designed to protect printed circuit boards and related equipment from environmental factors. Our coatings are made from silicon, urethane, and acrylic materials.

Screen Printing: Our screen printing division provides two processes for applying text or images to products: screen printing and pad printing.

Shielding: EMI/RFI shielding is used to avoid interference with today's sensitive high-frequency electronics. We offer shielding services to protect against electromagnetic interference.

Contract Manufacturing: Industrialex contracts with customers to assemble products to their specifications. As a turn-key operation, we apply a finish and graphics as needed to the components of the product and then assemble it before shipping it back to the customer.

RoHS and Chromate Conversion

We specialize in RoHS compliance and chromate conversion services, ensuring that your products meet the required standards.
