Services Offered

We offer a variety of printing services, including Direct to Garment (DTG) printing and Sublimation printing. Our on-demand services allow you more freedom, as they minimize risk and capital investment while maximizing marketing budgets.

Direct to Garment (DTG) Printing

DTG printing is a process that produces your design directly onto a t-shirt using inkjet technology. It's similar to your printer at home, just on a t-shirt. DTG uses eco-friendly water-based ink, which bonds to our special formulated pre-treat and then fuses to the fibers of the garment.

With DTG printing, your design can be as small as 4 x 4 inches or as large as 16 x 20 inches. We can also accommodate special "sampling only" dimensions, which is maxed out at 19 x 27 inches. Our team can help you with art placement and dimensions for various products such as short sleeve t-shirts, long sleeve t-shirts, hoodies, and more.

DTG printing offers several benefits, including no minimums, full-color capabilities, eco-friendly water-based ink, fast turnaround time, and the ability to print limitless colors with photo-quality results.

Sublimation Printing

Sublimation printing is a process that allows you to create or select a pattern to your specifications. We prepare your design for printing, which is then transferred onto a special coated paper and pressed onto a roll of fabric. Heat, inks, gasses, and science all come together in this bonding process.

Sublimation printing offers two main processes: Finished Garment and Cut & Sew. The Finished Garment process allows for a faster turnaround time and delivers quality printing. However, it may have limitations such as ghosting and creasing. The Cut & Sew process provides a higher quality garment with more options for customization, although it takes a little longer compared to printing.
