Quality of Service
The majority of reviewers were extremely satisfied with the quality of service provided by JD Graphic. They praised the excellent quality printing, outstanding customer service, and fast turnaround time. Negative Experiences
On the other hand, a few reviewers had negative experiences with JD Graphic. Tony Corpening mentioned that the docks on the Southwest corner are currently not accessible to drivers, while Dispatch True Blue and Paul Chapa Sr experienced lengthy delays during their visits. Dispatch True Blue was critical of the company's professionalism, quality, and responsiveness, stating that they were made to wait 24 hours and were unable to unload their shipment due to a lack of space. Paul Chapa Sr reported a 45-minute delay getting started with unloading, resulting in a 1-hour and 45-minute wait. Dzo Inc criticized the company's decline in quality since the founder took over.
