An Account Manager will manage your order from start to finish, coordinating with your team and our Production Team to meet project expectations.
What file formats do you prefer for print jobs?
Submit high-quality PDFs. For digital assets, we accept .png, .psd, .eps, and data files like .csv or .xlsx. See our Prepress Guidelines.
Do you offer secure file transfer options?
Yes, your Account Manager will set up a secure portal for file uploads to protect your data and art.
What types of proofs are provided before printing?
Digital PDF proofs are standard. Color print proofs are available upon request for an additional charge.
How does postage payment work for mail projects?
Postage is due 1 day prior to the scheduled mail date via check or wire transfer to USPS.
