Our Story

Tayco Screen Printing and Embroidery started its journey in 1978, focusing on screen printing for the graphics industry, with a strong emphasis on textiles. Over the years, we expanded our services to offer embroidery, which has become an integral part of our business. Our commitment to quality multi-color screen printing and timely delivery has remained the cornerstone of our business approach.

Screen Printing

Screen printing is a process that involves transferring a stenciled design onto a flat surface using ink, a mesh screen, and a squeegee. We use Plastisol ink, one of the most commonly used screen printing ink types, which is known for its accuracy in matching Pantone colors. Our experienced art department can create digital artwork for your needs from scratch or digitize artwork you may already have.

Screen Printing Process

Our screen printing process begins with separating each design by color, followed by burning the elements within each color separation into a screen to develop a stencil. If your design is a three-color print, we will produce three screen stencils. Each garment is printed one color at a time.
