Our journey began over two decades ago, as our founder, William Morse, embarked on a quest to find the evidence of chance, struggle, and ultimately, evolution. With a background in architecture and photography, William's unique perspective combines the functionality of form with the wonder of nature.

Our Philosophy

As an atheist and the descendant of Christian missionaries and ministers, William's perspective is rooted in the natural world. Everything he sees reinforces the truth of evolution and natural selection. He believes that the patterns and abstractions in growth and decay are beautiful, irresistible, and thrilling. William approaches these scenes with a sense of awe at the struggle to survive and flourish, as well as an intense wonder at the perpetual unfolding of the world.
