• Alisa Parsons is an essential member of our team who helps with various tasks.
• Josh Franks runs the embroidery and laser department and is known for his persistence and passion.
• Jimmy Garza manages the Montpelier location and is known for his smile and warm personality.
• Cheryl Karnes serves our organization in the office as our accountant and brings structure and flow to BLR3.
• Ryan Flanagan is our in-house graphic designer, and he manages web and social media marketing.
