Established in 2000, Northwest Ohio Welch Trophy was founded by Rob Welch, a dedicated basketball enthusiast and graduate of Wayne Trace High School. His passion for the game, cultivated under the guidance of his Hall of Fame coach father, instilled in him a love for supporting youth sports and celebrating athletic success. Initially, Rob partnered with Welch Trophy, a family legacy that already held a cherished place in the community. This partnership allowed Norfolk Ohio Screenprinting to expand its reach and provide residents with a one-stop shop for all their screen printing and trophy needs.

Guided by Rob's commitment to excellence and his father Al Welch's extensive experience as a renowned high school basketball coach, Northwest Ohio Welch Trophy has grown and evolved, becoming a trusted name synonymous with quality craftsmanship, personalized service, and a genuine dedication to the communities it serves.
