Kool Change Printing is a division of Digital Monster Marketing, Inc., a company that has been making waves in the printing and design industry since its inception in 1996. Our story began when two passionate individuals, Thomas and Kari McPhail, met while working at a print shop and fell in love. They decided to open their own printing and design company, Digital Monster Marketing, Inc., with the philosophy that great printing should combine art, soul, service, and technology.

In 2018, the McPhail's expanded their services and expertise by purchasing Kool Change Printing, a company with over a quarter century of service and quality. This acquisition allowed them to offer expert ideas and personal service at great prices. Their eldest daughter, Alexis McPhail, began working at the shop and is now the main client contact and manages much of the day-to-day operations.
