Our history began in 1985 when Jack Farr realized the printing industry needed a better variable printer. This led him to take his personal savings, buy an industrial print engine, and begin writing code for a print controller in the third bedroom of his house. In 1986, Digital Print was incorporated, offering the first high-speed variable printing system for web presses to the world. Since then, we have been relentless in our drive for reliable performance while maintaining a workplace in which each team member's effort is highly valued.
