Founder
Cohen DeYoung started Pulse Merch in 2012 after learning screen printing for his death metal band. He transformed his passion into Utah's premier custom printing service, focusing on quality craftsmanship and direct client relationships while working with top suppliers for premium materials.
Questions
Do you allow customers to provide their own garments?
No, we don't allow customers to provide their own items to ensure we can replace garments if needed during production. We can source any specific items you require.
What are your minimum order requirements?
Our minimum order for screen printing is 24 pieces per design. For embroidery, most projects are limited to 14 colors depending on variables.
Do you offer design assistance?
Yes, our professional designers help create or refine designs to ensure they look fantastic when printed. We offer digital mockups for approval before printing.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time for screen printing is 10-15 business days starting from design approval and payment receipt.
What printing methods do you offer?
We offer traditional silk screen printing, heat press services, Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, and embroidery for various applications on apparel and promotional products.
Do you serve customers outside Utah?
Yes, while based in Cedar City, Utah, we proudly serve customers nationwide with shipping available for all our custom printed products.

Cohen at Pulse Merch did an amazing job with my large business swag order. I ordered both long and short sleeve shirts and hats. All matched and looked fantastic. I spent a little extra for the Carhartt shirts and it was well worth it!

Cohen did the shirts for my company two years ago, and I am STILL amazed at the quality. Despite weekly wear and washing, they have still held up and are as soft as the day we got them. The logo is still secure and bright. If you are a business or event that needs high-quality T-shirts or other custom clothing, Cohen and his team are it!!

I am still rocking shirts. The shirts are immaculate, and the print doesn't Crack or fade like most. Cohen is able to get more color, saturation, and detail into shirts then anyone I've seen before.

Cohen did an amazing job on very short notice for a fundraiser t shirt for over 60 people. Turn around in less than a week to have in time for event for down syndrome awareness. Very happy with entire process. Will definitely recommend and use again.
