- How long will it take to get my order? Typically, turnaround on most orders is 7-10 business days after invoice approval, artwork approval, and payment are received. Promotional product orders can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks depending on the product.
- Can I get a sample before placing my order? Yes and No. We are happy to get you samples of the blank goods you are looking to order. Due to setups, production samples aren't typically done.
- Can I provide my own garments for decoration? No, we do not decorate on customer-supplied goods.
