Founded in 2006 in a basement in West Philadelphia, we have since grown into a experienced team of professionals, committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible results for their custom orders.

Our Expertise
Our mastery in screen printing techniques and soft ink technology enables us to produce high-quality, soft, and breathable prints that last. We utilize discharge ink, which allows us to remove the shirt's dye and then replace it, resulting in super-soft results. This sophisticated technique sets us apart from other screen printing companies, ensuring that our prints remain vibrant and fade-resistant over time.
Our Commitment to Sustainability
At Vacord, we understand the importance of reducing our environmental impact. To mitigate our ecological footprint, we employ various eco-friendly practices, such as carbon-neutral shipping, water-based inks, soy-based Franmar chemicals for cleaning, an oven powered by natural gas, and a press that runs completely on servo motors. We also engage in recycling at our facility and support tree-planting initiatives. Every 25 shirts sold, we plant a tree!
Our Staff
At the helm, our founder Stuart, started printing shirts in his laundry room in 2006 and has grown Vacord into the experienced team it is today. Adam oversees daily operations, ensuring every order is printed to the best possible quality. Becky provides exceptional customer support, dedicating herself to ensuring that your project turns out awe-inspiring. We pride ourselves on having the highest-quality materials and the most experienced team in the industry.
