Our journey began when a member of the Kirby family, a retired postmaster, started hand-sorting mail for the Post Office in Amarillo. In 1996, the Kirby's obtained one of the first mechanical readers/sorters in the Texas Panhandle, revolutionizing the way we processed mail. This milestone marked the beginning of our transformation into a full-service direct mail company.

- Luke, our Vice President/General Manager, who has a BBA in Finance and Masters in Accounting from Baylor University.
- James, our Vice President/General Counsel, who has a BBA in Finance and Masters in Business Administration from Baylor University as well as his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University.
- Candace, our Head of Special Projects, who has a BS in Mathematics from West Texas A&M University.
- Chris, our Print Room Manager, who has over 36 years of printing experience.
- Duane, our General Manager in Lubbock, who has a BBA in Management from West Texas A&M University.
- Norma, our Print/Mail Project Coordinator, who has 30 years of Customer Service and Sales in the printing industry.
- Melody, our Controller/HR Manager, who is a licensed CPA and has been with PPS since 2003.
- Michelle, our Sales Representative, who has over 25 years of experience in marketing and sales.
- Holli, our Sales Representative, who has a bachelor's degree in general studies and a focus on education.
