How long does production take?
Standard screen printing requires 7-9 work days after art approval. Embroidery orders take 14-20 work days from confirmation.
Do you keep printing screens for future orders?
Screens are retained only for reorders placed within 5 work days. Re-setup charges apply for subsequent print runs.
Can you match previous print colors exactly?
For color matching, we require a sample of the original shirt to ensure consistency across reorders.
Do you accept digital artwork for printing?
Vector format files (AI, PDF) with outlined text work best. We charge $60 for converting non-vector artwork to print-ready format.
What payment terms do you require?
