What is your standard turnaround time for orders?
Standard apparel orders take 10-15 business days after quote approval and payment. Rush options available with 30% surcharge.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
Minimums are 25 garments/style for printing and 12 for embroidery. Exceptions possible with higher per-unit costs for smaller quantities.
Can I supply my own garments?
Yes, we accept customer-supplied garments with a signed contract services agreement. Extra items are recommended for potential errors.
What design file formats do you accept?
We prefer vector files (AI) but accept high-resolution (300 DPI) PNG, JPEG, or PDF files for print-ready artwork.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans are available for qualified clients when upfront payment presents challenges. Please discuss options with our team.
