How is my custom apparel priced?
Pricing depends on garment style, order quantity, print locations, design complexity, and screen/ink fees. We provide detailed quotes outlining these factors before production begins.
What is your standard turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 10 business days for new designs, 5-7 days for reorders, and 72 hours for icon reprints. Rush options are available with 10% daily fees based on workload.
Do you have minimum order requirements?
Our minimum order quantity is 36 pieces. This allows cost-effective production while maintaining quality standards across screen printing, embroidery, and fulfillment services.
Can I supply my own garments?
We recommend using our sourced blanks, as we guarantee quality control and don't mark up vendor pricing. Printing on customer-supplied garments isn't part of our standard service offering.
What design file formats do you accept?
Preferred formats are AI, EPS, or PDF. We also accept high-resolution PSD, TIF, or JPG files (300 dpi+) to ensure optimal print quality during production.
How do you handle international shipping?
We accommodate international orders by incorporating shipping costs into quotes upfront. Packages can ship via major carriers with tracking notifications provided at dispatch.
