Davidson Fine Art

At Davidson Fine Art, we have dedicated our expertise to preserving and enhancing artistic expression for over three decades. Our team of framing specialists brings a combined 100+ years of experience in crafting archival custom frames, offering over 2,000 moldings while maintaining strict attention to detail for both budget-conscious and museum-grade projects. As stewards of local artistic culture, we provide exclusive discounts to artists and maintain partnerships with regional institutions like the Mahaffey Theater and St. Petersburg Museum of Fine Arts. Our services extend to fine art reproduction through state-of-the-art digital scanning and printing on archival materials, utilizing Canon printers with 12-pigment inks and 72x72-inch capabilities. Complementing our core offerings, we operate Bay Area Art Supply - the last downtown St. Petersburg retailer for professional-grade materials including Golden Acrylics and Fredrix canvas.

Our Zebra Color Lab division continues a 30-year legacy of film processing, offering black-and-white development in-house while maintaining color processing partnerships that ensure professional results. From initial consultation with master printer Jim Swallow to expert installation services, we combine technical mastery with personalized attention to meet both emerging and established artists' needs. Our gallery showcases works by notable creators including Herb Snitzer and YaeL Kelley, while our giclee reproduction clients benefit from over two decades of specialized expertise. Located at 2036 Central Avenue, we maintain weekday hours from 10-5 and Saturday 11-5, with emergency framing consultations available during operating hours. Through consistent investment in cutting-edge technology and preservation techniques, we continue our mission to serve as Tampa Bay's premier destination for comprehensive fine art solutions.
