What are your minimum order requirements?
Screen printing minimums depend on color count: 12 pieces (1 color), 24 (2-3 colors), 73 (4-5 colors). Embroidery requires 8 pieces minimum.
Can I supply my own blank garments?
Yes, but they must be unworn and suitable for printing. Misprinted supplied items won't be replaced, and dye migration risks remain your responsibility.
How do you handle artwork preparation?
We assist with vector artwork conversion and offer design services. Minimum requirements are 200-300 dpi for screen printing and basic feasibility checks for embroidery.
What payment terms do you require?
We request 50% deposit upon approval, with full payment required before production for certain orders.
