• Printing: From initial design assistance and quick prototyping, we provide complete turnkey capabilities for precision imprinting on virtually any size, shape, or material. We maintain complete art/screen making facilities and offer related capabilities.

• Painting & Powder Coating: Our closely controlled ovens and attention to detail ensure consistently applied finishes in virtually any color, texture, gloss level, or transmission reading. We specialize in Military and Aerospace specifications as well as custom color matching for the most demanding applications.

• Circuitry: We apply printed conductive circuitry and conductive coatings in innovative ways for over 30 years. Our inks and coatings can be specially formulated to meet the unique environmental and electrical characteristics required by the most demanding applications.

• Gentape: Our unique Gentape instrument material has been used in a wide variety of aircraft, military, and industrial applications over the past 50 years. This proprietary material delivers dependable and consistent performance in the most demanding environments.

• Other Capabilities: Our capabilities include die cutting, laser cutting, laminating, and electrical and mechanical assembly. Laser cutting is particularly attractive for rapid prototyping or for very complex shapes, while die cutting and embossing can provide low-cost solutions for high-volume production.

• Odd Shapes / Sizes: We specialize in printing of cylinders, concave, convex, and geometric surfaces. Size range from 0.100 dia to 4 x 8 Feet of rigid or flexible materials. Custom engineered equipment and silk screens manufactured in-house for complex surfaces and fine-line detailed printing.
