Digital Printing

Our digital printing services utilize the latest technology to produce high-resolution designs on a variety of fabrics. With digital printing, we can eliminate the need for design engraving, separation, and color mixing, resulting in significantly shorter setup times and reduced minimum order requirements. Furthermore, digital printing excels in producing exceptionally smooth and detailed prints, surpassing the capabilities of traditional screen printing methods.

Traditional Screen Printing

While digital printing excels in delivering finer details, traditional screen printing offers cost efficiency, especially for substantial production volumes. With six flatbed printing machines and one rotary screen printing machine at our disposal, we can process designs with a maximum of 12 colors and a maximum width of 72 inches.

Hybrid Digital Flatbed System

As the only fabric printing company in the U.S. with digital printing, traditional screen printing, and hybrid digital screen printing capabilities, we offer unparalleled flexibility in catering to client needs. Our hybrid digital flatbed printing machines can print both digital and screen prints at the same time, combining the best of both print methods to achieve exceptional quality and reduced costs.

Fabric Edge Trimming

We also offer fabric edge cutting and trimming capabilities for all types of fabric, ensuring that material edges are removed, and relaxed fabric is prepared for precise laser cutting.

Custom Design Services

At Universal Dyeing & Printing, we take pride in providing custom design services that cater to our clients' unique needs. From making color separations to matching colors, creating engravings, producing screens, and printing strike-offs, our team of experts ensures that every step is thoroughly reviewed and approved by the client.

Stock Prints

Our extensive library contains thousands of stock prints, covering various styles, including polka dots, stripes, ethnic designs, paisley, tie-dye, scarves, borders, animals, floral motifs, and wallpaper designs. Whether you need a specific print or want to design your own custom design, we're here to help.

Machine Washable Face-Masks

We print cotton or polyester fabrics with eco-friendly dyes, making it possible to produce machine washable, reusable, moisture-wicking, anti-microbial, and waterproof fabric products.

Post-treatment

Our state-of-the-art facilities are equipped with an electric oven for curing polyester fabrics and steamers for curing cellulose or nylon fabrics. We also have washing ranges and drying frames that can be used to pre-shrink fabrics to specific specifications.

Coating and Finishing

Our expertise in coating and finishing capabilities includes durable water proofing, anti-wrinkle, and mechanical finishing machines to enhance fabric hand and performance value.

Quality Management System
