Our mission at Totty Printing is to provide our customers with unparalleled service and quality in the printing industry. Our Capabilities

At Totty Printing, we do it all! From 1/0 to 4/4, to any number of PMS colors with screens, bleeds, crossovers, and solids. We offer a wide range of print sizes from 2 1/4" x 3 1/2" to 28" x 40" and can print on various substrates such as paper, cardboard, and plastics. We also offer a variety of finishing options including folding, binding, and shrink wrapping.

Our Equipment

Our state-of-the-art printing equipment includes two RYOBI 3302 18" 2-color presses, one RYOBI 3300 17" 1-color press, one Heidelberg SM74 20" 6-color press with coater, one Kamori SL540 28" 5-color press with coater, and one HP Indigo 7R 13" digital press.

Pre-Press

Our pre-press department is equipped with Mac and PC compatible CtP imagesetter and large format proofer, allowing us to produce high-quality prints with precise color matching. We accept digital files in PDF format and can work with various file formats.

Bindery

Our bindery department is equipped with a Polar 78 cutter, Stahl 14 x 20 folder, Baum 20 x 26 folder, Harris 250 multi-binder booklet maker, and Shrink wrapper. We offer various binding options such as saddle-stitching, perfect binding, and wire binding.
