Service and Quality Issues

The review by Ian Finnerty highlights a poor experience at the shop. He dropped off three shirts to get them screen printed, but two of them were ruined and he was not able to pick them up during business hours. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, leading to a negative experience.

Positive Experiences

On the other hand, several reviewers have had positive experiences at the shop. They praise the quality of the work, affordability, and the friendly staff. Reviewers Rachel Kruidenier, Mykel Boyd, Jenni Isenbarger, Mag Weddle, Abrimagery, Adam DeWeber, Torlando Hakes, and Michael Anderson all gave the shop 5-star reviews, highlighting the shop's ability to produce high-quality products quickly and at a fair price.

Communication Issues

Ian Finnerty's experience highlights communication issues, specifically the shop's failure to respond to his calls and lack of availability during business hours. This resulted in him having to leave for the event he needed the shirts for without being able to pick them up.
