Our Story

About Merch Kitchen Screenprinting is a textile screen printing shop located in south east Nashville, TN. In 2011, I was working in a warehouse, packing merchandise for a popular mall chain while juggling playing in 4 active bands. I knew this wouldn't be sustainable if I wanted to continue pursuing music at any level. On a small startup budget and minimal equipment, I started Merch Kitchen in a spare bedroom of my home in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. For several months it was only afternoons and weekends, but by the end of the year I worked up the courage to leave my full-time job and pursue shirt printing full time. It's been a wild ride since then. I've been very privileged to extensively tour with independent bands, including two European tours, and continue to grow this business into what it is today. Over the years Merch Kitchen has moved to a few different locations, including a commercial building, eventually ending up in a private print house in southeast Nashville, Tennessee. Additionally, every piece of equipment has been upgraded throughout the years; upping the quality, efficiency, and consistency of prints expected by customers. I'm proud to have worked personally with over 1,000 bands and companies, large and small; and printed hundreds of thousands of t-shirts by hand. I don't play quite as much music as I did when I first started, but my love for independent bands has not gone away. In addition to bands, I'm proud to work with small businesses, including restaurants, tattoo shops, skate brands, non-profits, record labels, and more!

Our prices include the shirt and one standard location print, with options for additional locations or custom designs.
