Disappointing Experience with Book Publishing
However, one reviewer, Nathan Frisson, had a terrible experience publishing his book with Sunray Printing. He gave them a 1-star rating and stated that it was a "worst mistake of my entire life." He will never trust them or their company again.
Another reviewer, Abbie Dixon, had a negative experience with Sunray Printing as well. She accused them of providing false quotes and using subpar materials, such as 70# gloss text instead of 80#. She stated that she tested their products with other paper vendors and print shops and found that they did not match the quote.
