I'm Matt Simpson, a freelance Graphic Designer based in Atlanta, Georgia, with expertise in logo design, identity design, and print design. I am a native of Alabama, currently residing in Atlanta, Georgia. Throughout my life, I have lived in various locations, both big and small, including Minnesota and Ontario, gaining new perspectives along the way. I am fortunate to have the ability to work with clients from around the world, continually connecting with fascinating individuals with unique viewpoints. I've been practicing design professionally since 1999, although my interest in design began as a childhood hobby. I hold a BA in Communications from The University of Alabama, which has equipped me with a strong foundational understanding of design, marketing, and advertising. I am not just a designer who creates visually appealing work; I am a designer who understands the mechanics of design, why it works, and how to monetize it for my clients. My aim is to create designs that not only look good but also function effectively. I am committed to the success of my clients and their projects.

Design Philosophy

Graphic design is often misunderstood as art, reduced to merely aesthetically pleasing visuals. While it can be visually stunning, graphic design serves a more critical function: communication. Through research and real-world knowledge, I strive to create the most effective solution for each project, rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
