The In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) is a professional organization dedicated to serving the needs of in-house printing, publishing, and distribution professionals. With a membership comprising a diverse range of industry segments, including colleges, universities, associations, hospitals, insurance companies, manufacturing, primary and secondary education, religious organizations, local/state/national governments, and utilities, IPMA is the only professional association exclusively focused on the needs of in-plant professionals.

IPMA's mission is to guide, educate, and support in-house print and mail professionals towards growth and successful service to their parent institutions. We aim to inspire our members to excel in their roles and to continue to innovate and adapt to the evolving needs of the industry.
