The Printing Process

Our printing process is a three-step process that guarantees exceptional results:

1. Design: We work with you to prepare and review artwork, print locations, and materials. Once final approval is given, we separate the colors in the design and create film positives. Each color in the design is printed out on a clear film in solid black, which are used to create screens for each color.

2. Print: Screens are created, registered on the printing press, and coated with ink. Garments are loaded onto the press and printed, then placed on a conveyor that passes through a heat chamber to "cure" the ink. The heat causes a reaction in the ink that fuses it with the fabric.

3. Wear: We thoroughly check each garment for any defects, ensuring proper design placement, excellent ink deposit, and proper curing. Once your swag passes quality control, it is sorted by size, packaged for delivery or pickup, and is ready to wear.
