At RetroDuck, we're a team of creatives who are passionate about creating unique and high-quality custom apparel. Our journey began in 2003, when our founder, Sean, started collecting vintage iron-on transfers from warehouses on the East Coast. Over the years, we've grown to become one of the largest collections of vintage transfers in the world. We've also expanded our services to include original designs created by our team, with input from our close friends. We love making shirts that we would wear, and we hope that our customers will love wearing them too!

Our Team

We're a group of individuals with diverse backgrounds and skills. Our team consists of Sean, our founder, who has served as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Air Force; Luke, our President, who is a writer and has appeared in several publications; Dustin, our Graphic Design and Production Manager, who keeps our designs fresh and our turnaround time speedy; Collin, our Production Manager, who ensures that every shirt meets our high standards; Holly, our Marketing Manager, a journalism senior at Michigan State University, who scouts for new business and creates nostalgic bits of flair; Adam, our tech whiz, who keeps our website running smoothly; and Arun, our Partner, who has been with us since the beginning and has a unique medical condition that makes him bleed green and white.
