Customer Dissatisfaction

Several customers have reported poor experiences with the company's service partners, including delays in replacing faulty supplies and unhelpful customer service representatives.
Faulty Supplies and Service
Two customers, John Robins and Robert Yelvington, specifically mentioned issues with faulty supplies, with one even asking for a refund on a returned order that was denied because "that was last year."
