Our Services

At Joe's Tees, we take pride in providing our customers with a great finished product at a fast turnaround time. Our normal turnaround time is usually within 5 business days from the date that the order is finalized with artwork approval and payment. We require a minimum of 12 t-shirts per order for both screen printing and embroidery. If you need fast t-shirt printing, we'll do our very best to fit your job into our print schedule.

How to Place Your Order

When you're ready to place your t-shirt order, simply e-mail us the logo or graphic that you'd like to have printed, and we'll put together an artwork proof for your review. If you need help with your design, simply describe what you envision in an e-mail, and we'll do the artwork for you! Next, browse through our online apparel catalog and let us know which style of t-shirts you'd like. We can then check the availability of the items you've requested and provide you with an accurate price quote.

Our Pricing

Our pricing is based on three different factors for screen printing: the total quantity of the order per design, the garment style you select, and the number of ink colors that we print per location on the shirt. Once we've finalized the artwork and you've e-mailed us the size breakdown of the t-shirts, we'll send you a formal invoice via e-mail. We require a 50% deposit for all orders in the Jacksonville area to get the job started, with the balance being due when the t-shirts are ready for pickup. All shipped orders must be paid in full to get the job started.

What We Print

We print custom t-shirts for all groups, occasions, and events, including summer camps, business staff and workers, church groups, youth groups, fundraisers, military groups, boy scouts, graduating class of 2024, elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, band merchandise, non-profit organizations, girl scouts, 5K races, corporate runs, in memory of, fraternity/sorority/college clubs, political campaigns, family reunions, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, and car clubs.

Our Process

We use the screen printing method to decorate t-shirts with designs or logos. Screen printing using Plastisol inks is the most durable and versatile method for decorating shirts. The process involves forcing ink with a squegee through the open areas of a stenciled screen onto the t-shirt. The finished shirts are then removed from the press and run through a conveyor dryer at a high temperature so that the plastisol inks are cured and bonded to the t-shirts.
