What is your minimum order quantity?
Screen printing and DTG orders require a minimum of 12 garments with the same design. New embroidery orders need 12 apparel items or 24 hats, with reduced re-order minimums for existing designs.
Can I provide my own garments for printing?
Yes, we accept customer-supplied garments for both printing and embroidery, though we cannot replace or credit damaged items during the decoration process.
How long does processing take?
Most orders complete within 5-7 business days after artwork approval, with no additional rush fees required for standard turnaround times.
What payment options are available?
We accept major credit/debit cards, ACH wire transfers, and cash payments for completed orders, though we do not accept personal checks for printing services.
Do you ship completed orders?
Yes, we use UPS for all shipping with costs based on order weight and destination. Local customers typically pick up orders directly from our Jacksonville facility.
