Screen Printing

Our screen printing services include:

Standard turnaround time of 8 to 10 working days from order approval and deposit

Embroidery

Our embroidery services include:

Custom embroidered T-shirts, tank tops, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, sport shirts, woven shirts, outerwear, headwear, tote bags, aprons, and accessories
Pricing based on your stitch count, number of colors, garment style, and quantity
Rush service available for urgent orders
Standard turnaround time of 10 to 14 working days from order deposit and design approval

Artwork Requirements

To ensure the highest quality print, we kindly request the following artwork guidelines:

Adobe Illustrator, EPS, or flattened PDF files for vector images
Adobe Photoshop files with a canvas set to actual print size and a resolution of 300 dpi or higher
JPG and TIFF files with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher and scaled to print size
File sizes should be 100% of the printed size

Standard Imprint Areas

Please note the following standard imprint areas for shirts:

Full Front or Big Back (adult): up to 15" wide x 18" high
Full Front or Big Back (youth): up to 9" wide x 10" high
Left Chest: up to 5" square (standard adult)
Adult Long Sleeve: up to 3.5" wide x 16" long
Short Sleeve: up to 3.5" square (standard)

Colors

Choose from our standard colors to avoid additional mixing charges. For custom colors, we can match most any color using our Pantone Matching System (PMS). Please submit the coated version of your Pantone color. A $25.00 charge per color applies.

Submitting Artwork

Please submit your files as a ZIP or STUFF file, ensuring a total file size of 18MB or less. If you need help with artwork or design, feel free to contact us.
